This another South Indian breakfast option that can be recreated very well with quinoa. It is easy to make at home with just four simple ingredients and is healthier than the regular rice dosa.
This is how you make it:
· Soak ¼ cup of urad dal in water for minimum one hour. Drain it well and blend it up into a paste in a blender, using half cup water.
· In a separate bowl, mix up the urad dal paste with half cup quinoa flour and ¼ cup of atta. Whisk all the ingredients with water into a fine batter.
· On a heated pan, pour a ladle full of the batter and smother it over in the pan. Drizzle some oil or ghee over it.
· Cook on high flame, till the dosa turns brownish in colour.
