- Maggi 2 packets
- Maggi masala
- Butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small capsicum
- Green chillies
- Peas
- Half carrot
- 1 small tomato
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric
- Red chilli powder
- Black pepper powder

Recipe
Sauté all the seasonal veggies and add salt and pepper according to your taste. Put aside. Now in the same kadhai, boil some water. Once it is fully boiled, add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt to it, stir and add the Maggi noodles into it. Once the Maggi starts getting cooked, add the sautéed veggies, Maggi masala and mix. To get the taste of pahad wali Maggi at home, garnish with some coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and a dollop of butter. And that’s how you make a perfect balanced meal out of a snack.
