Add chopped garlic cloves, green chillies and onion. Saute for two minutes. Now add chopped tomato and capsicum. Stir fry the veggies for 4-5 minutes.Step 2 Add spicesNow add salt, red chilli powder, kasoori methi, coriander powder and garam masala. Add 2-3 tbsp water and mix well. Let the spices cook for 1 minute.Step 3 Add eggsChop the boiled eggs into two halves and add them to the masala. Lightly toss and mix.
