How to make Honey Chilli CauliflowerStep 1 Cut the cauliflowerCut the cauliflower florets into neat pieces. Wash them properly, pat dry and set aside.Step 2 Make a slurryNow add all-purpose flour to a bowl. Now add some salt, red chilli powder and give a mix. Now add water as per need and mix well to prepare a slurry. The consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.Step 3 Fry the floretsNow heat oil in a kadhai. Dip the florets in the slurry and deep fry them in batches. Fry until golden brown in colour. Take out on an absorbent paper and set aside.Step 4 Make the honey mixtureNow heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, onion and dry red chillies. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, honey and salt as per taste.
