Cheese, has always been the most expensive milk product, but Moose cheese produced with Moose milk, remains the costliest cheese in the world. Moose cheese is processed and found only in Sweden, selling for about US$ 1,000 per kilogram. Milking Moose isn’t an easy task, making it one of the reasons behind the cheese being so expensive. The Elk House farm, run by two sisters is believed to be the largest and the main producer of this cheese.
