Make your Maggi beforehand. If you are in the mood for some old school anda Maggi, then before taking the Maggi out of the kadhai, just break two eggs into it and keep mixing it. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder according to your taste. Making the scrambled egg before and then making the Maggi over it, makes the bhurji disappear. One can also make both the bhurji and the Maggi separately and mix it just before serving it hot.
Don’t have time for making scrambled eggs? Well, just poach your eggs (sunny side up) and serve it on top of your Maggi. Want to taste heaven on earth? Break the poach and let the yolk ooze out into the Maggi. Trust us, nothing tastes better than it.
