Back pain or discomfort, especially in the lower back, can be a sign of cervical cancer. This may be happening due to the pressure of the enlarging tumor, or abnormal growth. Pelvic pain can also be a symptom, which can be felt as a dull ache, pain, or pressure located in the abdomen below your navel. The pain may be constant or it may even come and go.
While these symptoms need not necessarily imply that you have cervical cancer, it is better to get routine checkups and if you do receive a diagnosis, it’s recommended to begin the treatment as soon as possible.
